Wheel Unique was established in 1999 as a small business seeking to appeal to the auto enthusiast that wanted a hand-crafted unique item to show their love of the old car hobby. We created the original concept and product line based on our desire to create quality household lamps based on our enthusiasm for cars from the 1940's through 1960's.
We are located in Southern California where we see these cars on the road all year long. Through our travels to car shows, local cruise nights and other events, we recognized an interest in high quality, authentic reproductions of favorite and popular autos. Our first products were based on the 1955 Chevy and the 1949/50 Ford. The line expanded from the shoebox Ford and '55 Chevy to the tri-five Chevys. Handmade in America and high quality are priorities and our lamps are designed, produced and completed utilizing local partners in the fiberglass and automotive reproduction parts industries.
